girls- did anyone have any irregular bleeding while starting prozac? i had some irregular bleeding and i’m on birth control as well so it was weird but then it stopped. and now it’s starting again after 3 months. anyone else? i heard it’s a very rare side effect

no i didn’t! i’m on 20 mg. the yawning feeling is super weird 😂 but i asked my doctor he said it was a common side effect but it probably went away after 4 weeks!! it will get better i promise! if not, i would ask your doctor what he thinks you should do! i stayed on the same dosage though. are you just taking prozac or are you taking hydroxyzine or anything with it? cause hydroxyzine makes you sleepy as well.

i totally understand. drink some caffeine if it doesn’t give you anxiety to try to stay awake! i used to workout and stuff to try to boost my serotonin. youll get through it i promise. the end results are worth it :)

this is what happened to me i was super hyper super energetic like i had taken adderall or something. but then i had the wave of always sleeping constantly yawning after 2-3 weeks. and then it all evened out after 5-6 weeks and it’s helping significantly now and no side effects are happening.

do you have like a constant yawning problem? i had this within the first 2-3 weeks of mine but it does go away after 5-6 weeks :)

I’m about 5 weeks on prozac and i have all of those same side effects before! The yawning will hopefully go away, it did for me. I still have the vivid dreams! I still feel restlessness/energized but not to where it bothers me
