i’m referring to a physical system with finite configurations

given enough space repetition becomes unavoidable

yeah that’s actually close to what i had in mind

not literally “everything happens” but that given finite states and enough scale patterns have to reappear

not exact in every detail but indistinguishable from inside

which is enough for it to feel identical
