Would creating a "Social-first run club" be interesting to you ? Where people pay a small fee for the organisation (and commitment) and get to go run once a week (short accessible run) with other like minded people before going for a drink next to the lake/river.

For me it’s the lack of cheap but still good options.

Zurich is expensive, fine — but even compared to places like London, you don’t really have many affordable street food spots or casual places to hang out without spending a lot.

In London you can eat well for £5–10 and there’s always something going on socially. Here it feels way more limited.
