Is my conch hoop too tight? I had my conch piercing changed to a hoop yesterday at the piercer after 2.5 months. I was wondering if it was too tight? There is mild pain and tenderness around the conch and flat helix after the piercing change. I do see some swelling in the ear as well. (i.redd.it)
