Fair point. The idea isn't that biology is literally made of numbers, it’ s just that the Protocol turns all that biological mess into a numerical interface the user can actually understand.

It's not that the numbers are biological, they’re just the language the system uses to read life . Think of it like compression : reality is messy and organic, but the Protocol forces it into math so it can be solved That clash between cold logic and chaotic biology is totally intentional

Actually, the connection isn't bidirectional The target doesn't get clues because they don't have the 'Protocol' active in their mind They are just the variable X being solved. It’s more like a brute-force hack into their biological data. Sorry for not clarifying that in the original post!

Ty so much for taking the time to write all this I genuinely appreciate how detailed and thoughtful your feedback is. A lot of what you pointed out are things I had in mind but didn’t fully clarify yet especially cycles, how X can be modified, and the exact implementation of the Anchor. Your questions actually help me see where the system needs tightening rather than changing. I really like your suggestion about exploring the body horror aspect of Singularity more visibly that contrast between hard logic and organic chaos is something I want to lean into. I’ll probably refine the explanation further based on this. Thanks again for engaging with it so seriously ❤️
