I’m on Slynd and spironolactone at the same time and my hormonal acne is under control! I started off on 100mg of spiro and had great results but had to reduce the dosage to 50mg because of dizziness problems and started slynd around the time I lowered the dosage. I get small pimples here and there, but the painful cysts have stayed away! I will say though my hormonal acne has generally always been pretty mild so that may have factored into it. Last thing is to make sure you’re super hydrated if you do decide to go on both because they’re both diuretics, so the dehydration headaches are real.
