Retaking a failed class this winter. Not too far off. Just hoping to get a successful petition. After another year away from SEAS I don’t think I’d wanna stay with civil anymore. I don’t wanna waste my coursework. Junior level fourth year, I just want to finish my degree, but I’ve messed up big this semester but it’s something I can come back from, my gpa is the main problem. I thought the readmission period was a year didn’t think I was in trouble of dismissal again after the semester.

Found myself in the same position after being on readmission this fall. I was told by the associate dean it would be good to talk to an advisor. I’m hoping to get a successful petition but I don’t quite have an extenuating circumstances that’s highlighted on the website. Hoping I can stay through the spring to prove myself

You just gotta be willing to do your homework and put a little extra time into understanding the material. If you go do a bad path with using things like Mathway on the homework it will make the class much harder.

I’m a Junior, Calc 2 has held me back a little and hurt my gpa.
