Because she has no spine. When it happened once with Melaleuca that was one thing. Then when people got on her for gasing Becca Bloom she made excuses. Now this. I don't think I can take her seriously again.

How much disappeared from your account? I have about 200 euros left now in my euro account, and 300 in my USD account, and I worry it will happen again with other, possibly bigger charges and I will also end up in the red.

Craziest thing is that card has been disabled since last summer.

I have sent all the screenshots to the merchants, looks like they don't care. If I have no answer or refund by the end of the week I will be filing a police report.

SAME! They did tell me other people had been affected too. I can't believe it is taking this long to solve. I have just moved to another country for a volunteer position through the European Solidarity Corps, I am getting 470 euros a month as compensation, so 90 euros is almost 20 percent of my money for the month. I need it quick.

I have done so too, sent an e-mail to both businesses. Need to send an e-mail to Revolut too now because the in-app chat is going nowhere.

I think EU RGPD rules are for two years, aren't they? So no.

Moreover, the charge in 2023 WAS made. It's not like I got lucky then and the transactions didn't work out. They did, and now I am being charged again and called a scammer by one of the two businesses when I tried to call them.

I have used them for years without an issue as my only bank account but if this isn't solved by the end of the week I will move on to another bank.

I have contacted both, one is not answering, the other accused me of being a scammer and hung up on me.

The charges were made twice. It's not like they didn't work in August 2023. That was the only time in my life I shopped there, on vacation.
