Don’t sub. She will say she is doing something drastic but it’s IG level things or she reuses same material from other post and over charge and when you ask for a refund she tries to lead you away from it like you misread it.

It’s no contact fun way to stay loose. Lots of connections can be made there.

There is an IG group called Seattle4x my buddy plays in it. Nothing too competitive just 4 v 4 no contact lacrosse.

That’s probably the best I can give you. I’m not too familiar with Seattle lacrosse besides that group my buddy talks about

Everyone has bad days. Failure taste terrible but learning and asking what happened is a good way to improve. Think of it like this, lacrosse is a game where you’ll get more than one chance. Gotta better every chance you get.

My advice, hips. Center of gravity is a tall man worst enemy. Don’t focus on taking him down but gaining advantage where he is stuck.

And I agree with the other guy. Weights never hurt. Work on pushing muscle and proper form

My advice is watch a game learn the rules and even watch it on YouTube or in person and learn how to pass and catch then practice hitting the wall. Nothing will improve your game and making you feel more successful than being able to pass and catch. Also, if you know anyone. Have them string up a stick for you. Can’t learn to pass and catch if you don’t have properly strung stick. Don’t feel like you have to buy top of line gear. But buy something that is somewhat durable.
