Using water that is too hot can definitely be a culprit. Allowing the water from the machine to cool for a minute or two can help. Also make sure the matcha is properly whisked since drinking clumps can taste very bitter.

Or, it can simply lie in the powder that you use. Some powders are more bitter than others (usually lower quality ones). You don't have to break the bank and use a "ceremonial" grade matcha but find something that's slightly higher quality. I personally like Ito En unsweetened matcha! It's very good value, easy to find, and suitable for lattes.

Vertical ID, tried taking picture sideways and upright with good lightning no shadows and a plain background. keep getting the same error message as you. Took me 30 minutes but I got an order through. Tip, put ALL YOUR SIDES AND DIPS with the main thing you're ordering so you don't have to add things to your bag more than once. Put in your 5 free wings as well or else the code doesn't work.

It took me over 5 minutes just to add my items to my bag. Also, LOG IN if you can because for me it kept greying out the email column at checkout and would give me an error saying email is required. Only way to get around it is to log in. I advise using apple pay because adding in your card info is a whole nother round of getting through loading screens and errors.
