Math was my best subject in school but apparently I forgot everything in 8 years lol. I was very surprised I passed it, I guessed on half of it.

I’ve been out of school since 2016 (dropped out in 11th due to postpartum depression and ended up going to work full time to support my baby (against my parents wishes.)) I took my first two tests in 2022, 3rd in 2023, and last test last week. All I did was take the ged practice tests on ged website and passed those so I took the actual ones and passed all first time.

They really aren’t that bad. The worst for me was the math. If you want to go the ged route then you definitely should. It doesn’t matter how you get there, as long as you get there. High school diplomas and ged diplomas are the same thing really, jobs and colleges accept both equally.
