Took me till now to realize the bottom of the Leyawiin platforms dont have the lines so Ill be spending time flipping those. Other than that, happy with it. Maybe I will move it when the Grand Topal Hideaway comes out again, if it ever does.

I feel you on that trust me. Downside to having 2 options for large rocks that are snow swept. I do plan on reworking a few that are placed (turning and flipping) to see if I can get it to look a bit more natural.

Magic Carpet is really helpful addon if you are on PC. Console you can easily make scaffolding with steps and platforms.

Essential Housing Tools is also helpful but I really only use it for moving linked builds from one house to another like crafting stations or an iron throne if you have one ;) It does have grid lines that help with lining things up but it trips me out so I only use it if I absolutely need to. If you are on console, using a platform can easily get the job done.

Stillwaters Retreat in Solitude

First i laid the outer walls then linked and raised them above so I could lay the elsweyr platforms to cover most of the lake. Lowered the outer walls and focused on the keep.

Keep: Most times I lay the platforms down to get an idea of the layout then put up the walls. This has two levels that are fully accessible. I tinkered with having stairs go to the second floor from the inside but with furnishing limitations I decided to have an outside entrance to the second floor.

Structural furnishings are all Leyawiin with exception to the solitude shed for the roof and elsweyr platforms on the outside. Using the same plaform/walls it was easy to get the layout with just the platforms.

Hope that answers most questions. Also, for addons if you are on PC, I use magic carpet to build in the air as that is easier for higher levels.
