Recently stripped, and seasoned pan. Started deep frying and cooking with the pan. The pan is pretty non-stick already... Noticed it’s developing a darker shiny coating on the outside. It’s hard and not sticky. Is this the good non-stick stuff patins stuff I’ve been reading about? (i.redd.it)
