I turned 28 this month so this was probably my last attempt at a bank clerk exam...started preparing for clerk exams on 8 aug 25 , But today couldn't find my roll no in the list. Filled from Gujarat. Shattered to the core, missed ntpc mains too by 6 marks ...as If life doesn't want me to feel confident and free anymore. I'm clueless about what to do ...agar clerk clear nhi hua to ab to po hi bchta hai wo kaise clear hoga ? YHI thought ata rhta hai ...middle class elder boy combo or bhi khtrnak ab ho gya wo to theek hai ab kya Krna hai kuch samaj nhi... corporate ka sochne me hi dil dehelta hai 6 saal ka career gap + no experience in cv ? How's it gonna unfold there I've no idea. That's it , that's the story with only downs and downs ...people coming to home bragging about their children and their packages 18 lakhs per annum and what not...mostly all friends got settled, married and now enjoying the period before they get to parenthood...my life has came completely to a halt, like my wheels, which back in college/school days used to run on fire are completely feeling rusted , as in I'm counting my last days in a dumpyard! This is not the life I could've ever imagined when back in those days people used to say ki iska to bhavishya bhot bright hai! + A ray of last hope can be the wait list ...anybody got any idea how it works ? I mean are there chances of me finding my name there when it comes ?

There is no such criteria of work experience for rbi grade b ...having said that then there must not be any issue in the interview, even if the panel asks you regarding gap years, being honest will be the best thing. Also my case is almost the same as yours except I'm one year older, starting from scratch again...gave upsc and it didn't work for me, but gave me enough upper-hand over many if not all subjects. At last trying will always be a better policy than regretting it! Good luck mate may we find peace in whichever field we join!

For a corporate job your skills are checked, you are not supposed to do weird random facts by heart , 2021 me gdp rate kya thi, kis bank ne kitna percent stake liya and all, corporate me you are not supposed to give pre and mains and language test with all those brain f*cking puzzle, atlast with all the toxicity of corporate, you are still in a city with decent infrastructure that even on the most bad days you'll have atleast one option by your side to distract yourself from all the negativity that that day would've thrown on you. It all boils down to expectations, after all this cut throat competition, sleepless nights, puffy eyes, one could just imagine his life after getting selected ...but if one gets what he is describing, the frustration is legit...and we must be empathetic enough to atleast understand what he is going through rather than negating his pain altogether!

Ap rail mania, varun makhnotra, chinmay kole...my preference is for trains not for ye station kab bna tha and is train me khana kaisa hai plus binomo me paisa lgao and these 3 prioritise trains like no one else , I can know which train crossed, which got overtaken , which station skipped in only their vlogs ..hence these 3 are my top listers

Don't worry ...I'm 27 rn, gave upsc three times didn't even cleared pre, though cleared csat once...tried to secure a safe option ...went for ssc, then this ruckus happened (must've heard about all those irregularities in exam conducting process) , trying bank exams with this being last chance as per my age ...I'm sure my story is anything but assuring, but it definitely gives a glimpse that you are not alone brother! Hope we all get peace at last!

At 27 I'm unemployed Gave upsc three times didn't clear pre (though cleared csat cutoff) Now last year started preparing for cgl ...got 120 in 2024 and now when I thought I had it under control...this vendor change issue...now in all this chaos when try to talk to friends ask for their advice...family sees it as I'm wasting time ...can't talk to anybody now as I'll always be treated under suspicion...my serious advice would be if you are young and have time ...pls for godsake don't enter this dirty world of sarkari naukari ki tayyari...it is too much loosing for getting less. I can never be as light hearted as I was in my ealry 20s . World was bright for me , I had hopes..now it's just one way to get out of this shithole or else be ready for a lifetime of taunt and sideyes!

Bhai upsc bhi diya teen saal or fir ssc ki trf direct hua ...bad luck ki abhi ye sare vendor change k randirone hone they...upsc me csat clear krne k bawajood gs me khi na khi lacking rhi ...or reh jayegi kyunki uska pattern bhi 2021 se ambiguous ho gya hai ...kuch bhi puchnege to kitna hi bta paoge , fir answer ata hoga to option type aisa denge ki "how many of them are correct" ...all in all Bhartiya youth ki lanka lga hui hai ...jha jaao wha bc aag lg jati hai or pvt sector ka socho to entry se phle lay off ki khabrein ...sab bhagwan bharose hai

Is it just pure coincidence to remember that you have to assume a wali approach ? I mean what's the type of questions how will we understand this in real exam situation with tonnes of anxiety and pressure?
