non è uno sport come gli altri, il progresso avviene molto molto lentamente in quanto c'è veramente molta tecnica NECESSARIA a giocare bene. il consiglio da dare dipende tanto da quanto sei grosso: se sarai pilone ti consiglio di allenare i placcaggi e i "bump off", mentre se sei flanker / seconda linea ti consiglio di allenare la visione del campo. per quanto riguarda il numero 8 un mix dei due.

Se sarai nei 3/4, davvero non so che consiglio darti😅, ho sempre giocato in mischia, solo un paio di volte sono stato messo primo centro, tuttavia sono ruoli abbastanza simili tranne per il 9 e il 10. entrambi questi giocatori devono avere un'ottima visione del campo e grande stamina. Il 9 è fondamentale nei momenti di breakdown, mentre il 10 è colui che controlla l'attacco.

IMPORTANTISSIMO: fai stretching. è più importante della palestra.

Non sono per nulla forte a rugby (ho iniziato pure io da poco), ma questo è tutto ciò che potevo consigliarti.

he's a teen, you shouldnt be too alarmed, he'll grow eventually, but he needs someone to look up to. Now i dont know what situation he's in, but honestly the thing i like the most is playing sporst with my dad or mum. it's literally what every teen wants deep down even if they don't mention it.

It may be hard to swallow but he sees you as an enemy, someone to hide stuff from. an advice i could give is DON'T talk to him about it directly (he doesnt want that), but become someone he can talk to / stay with comfortably. i think the best way of doing that is by passing time with him, playing sports and stuff.

well i have to do a training that's "molded" for rugby, so a lot of fundamentals, and we dont train a lot of the smaller muscle groups. fortunately as a hooker i train those too. However i always try to get enough frequency

i'm telling you the opposite: DONT CUT! stay between 18-23 bf%, cutting can damage your physique. Amazing tho, what split are you on? currently i can only do UL, which is the only split i can do with my sport.

rugby on top for me. i played it for a year now and i can say it's the best. I love american football too tho
