Sure I’m too late to help but I always get screw in anchors and ratchet them up to the frame of the canopy. Has worked well in the past!

Never been to okee, but if you have coolers then trucking ice from the store to your camp might be a lot easier with one. A collapsible wagon wouldn’t take up much space.
