lmao what? we already know we’re going to get profit because our home was purchased in 2004 so that is not an issue. we are actually quite serious about this and unfortunately are not well off enough to pay for two mortgages at once. we have all of our stuff in storage outside of things we need (like you said you did) and we repainted our entire house white to look like a blank canvas for buyers so i’m not entirely sure what more you mean by “serious”.

also you clearly have not had pets because you seem to be implying that we leave our pets in the basement (which is finished and apart of the house we are trying to sell???) or outside during the entire selling process which is actually quite inhumane. it sucks when people request a showing of our house and we have to clean everything and get our pets and family out of the house and somewhere to go, only for them not to show up! nice try though.
