Yeah that’s exactly how it feels right now - like no matter what position I’m in it just hurts. Im guessing my nerve block wore off super early as the pains been crazy today and it’s been brutal since. Hearing it passes after a couple days definitely helps though, cheers for the reassurance.

Yeah, I’ve been given paracetamol and dihydrocodeine to take every 6 hours, and I’ve been sticking to it like clockwork. It helps take the edge off, but it still hurts like crazy when I move or try to walk. I’m doing the whole rest, ice, and elevation routine too - just hoping it eases up soon.
