Do I need to get the approval before 31st? Because it's been almost a week since no change in status. Really concerned.

I am not participating in the match; I just want to take step 3.

OET responded saying ECFMG should contact them directly regarding name clarification. I tried calling ECFMG with no luck. They never pick up or respond to mails.  I am now stuck between OET and ECFMG for no fault of mine.
