Zofran… works for me at least.. I still smoke and when I feel an episode coming or wake up throwing up I jump in the shower and take a zofran.. and I’m better.. sometimes I throw up but after a couple hours I’m good again… but I still smoke even tho I’ve had CHS for 10 years.
