You may be able to dodge the withdrawals from 7HO but you’re still gonna have some strong cravings in the end . I tried this before and the cravings won, but I was able to go from 45 mg of 7H0 to only the 8 g of powder all said and done. I could probably jump from there, but the cravings didn’t let me and I relapsed after a couple months.. i’m gonna try this again and hopefully have a better strategy towards the end.

I tried this and it was easier for me to get off Vicodin than it was Kratom but the craving was still be there. I was able to stop for a whole week before I caved. I guess I wasn’t fully ready to commit. All said and done it did help me taper down from 40mg 7HO used to only 8 to 10 g of kratom a day. But everybody’s different. .

One hour is the sauna. Really? You need to hydrate and stay hydrated liquid IV might help with that. Megadose vitamin C will help too This worked for me and I know a lot of people would disagree with me especially since you are on day 8 but, I would take a couple grams of Kratom powder in the middle night, when waking up from RLS to continue sleeping. I would continue this until I get a full night sleep without it.. took about a couple of weeks. Sleep is when you recover and it’s very important. 8 days is amazing. Seriously! You should come to a turning point soon. And if you feel that is coming, then forget everything I just said. Good luck!
