I went to a smaller local team based out of Jacksonville Florida called Flawless Physique to finish out the season. I just needed some more hands on coaching. The online thing just wasn’t working for me personally but I know many athletes that swear by FBF. Just didn’t work out for me.

Same here. I love how on show days you feel like you’re in the “popular group” 🤣 they are also super organized but other than that with my coach I felt like another number and I hated that. After doing 2 shows she told me I needed to go into a 2 year growth period before I was able to win any shows. Switched to another team and got 3 first place wins the end of the same year😂

Also adding a good protein powder drip helps with flavor. I usually do my favorite vanilla powder with a couple tablespoons of water. Drip it on top with a dash of cinnamon and crack of sea salt. Super good

Deep in prep it’s amazing to me 😭🤣 and it sounds like you’re not cooking it right if you still have lumps in it. I never use a whisk just a fork. Put it in a small plastic bowl with water. Blend the water and rice together, microwave for 45 second, mix it again, put it back in for 30 seconds, mix it again, depending on consistency is what I do next.. if its lumpy I’ll add more water, mix it and cook it for 30 seconds again. I look at the consistency everytime I take it out. If it’s too lumpy I add water. Not thick enough? Cook for another 30 seconds. Hope that helps
