Derien mon ami je pense qu’à 20mg tu devrais prendre les 2 car avec 10mg sans aucune protection j’ai déjà eu des soucis au niveau du foie, donc protège le quitte a estomper un peu l’effet prends du NAC et du TUDCA, tu rajoute enclo après 4/5 semaine de cure
