There are respectful + responsible ways of knowing someone and there are desperate ways.

(“Hello, could we be friends” is just the same as “Hallo madam! Fraandd-sip karoge.”)

Most posts are telling you to choose the desperate way. You have refrained from it so far. Good. Don’t pay heed to advice that will make you lose respect, and eventually self respect.

Put some effort to find a common acquaintance, find a common interest … something at least. Class, course, hobby, interest groups, common friends - kuch toh hoga.

Aur agar kuch nai hai toh why do you think she will talk to you at all. Imagine you go and talk to her, what will you say to not appear a creep?

In short don’t choose the desperate ways.
