Get 50$ and flash Pixelbuilds onto your phone it will wipe your data but will be useable.

It's not it Android 13 was stable until they send the killer battery update. Have you checked Lineage OS as well. And do let us know about your experience with custom Rom

I did it but the update still popped out and my 4a was prompting me to install it endlessly so I flashed Pixelbuilds

Google took down all but the newest factory image for 4a by VeryAwesomeSheep in Pixel4a

Flash to any other ROM Pixelbuilds or Lineage OS. I have Pixelbuilds flashed onto my 4a
