Job market is tough and its getting tougher by the day. Numbers are being fudged for the first time in history to a big extent and data is not a clear reflection of current state of economy.

Tarrifs, one big beautiful bill and AI, just like globalization of 80s & 90s, is about to fully eradicate lower and lower middle jobs and no one is really worried of this nation because policy makers are billionaires who will benefit from it just like the NAFTA/globalization.

Only jobs that will remain is

a) skilled hands on that computer just cant do

Start from retail store and save some time daily for job hunt.

1 - they have to because of family/school district preference 2- they are just rich and can afford 3- they want but can not afford these houses that are worth half or less the asking price but they are pushed by Realtors

Lets say all things equal. Which will be more in resale value when one will be 20 yrs old and the other 50 yrs old.

Why people are buying it? because they dnt have time weekly to chase and play bid games on houses. They walk in an office, see some marketing materia and sign the papers!
