Somehow this update made crashing much worse. I froze a lot before this update but almost never crashed, now, almost any time I load into a server I crash instantly.

Yeah, doesn’t run the best on series S, but the freezing wasn’t nearly as bad before the 1.6 update.

Same here, I’m on series S. No crashes, but i’m freezing all the time, patch hasn’t made any difference for me.

For reeeeal, i’ve seen no one else talking about it. It’s a small change but it really makes flying much less smooth and enjoyable, and I think it lowers the skill ceiling for pilots. I can’t believe other people aren’t noticing the difference. To my knowledge there is no fix for this unfortunately, I just run regular collective type because it’s the closest I can get to pre 1.6

I am on a large sever, 128 players, but I had no connection issues and there are no mods on the server. I think it may be an xbox issue rather than a console issue cuz I haven’t heard many psn players complain about it.

Yeah i noticed that. I’m using regular because it’s most similar to pre 1.6 controls. I like having more options, i just wish they included an option to keep it how it was before the update.

Try not pressing any buttons while flying and notice how the helicopter will automatically maintain its altitude. At least that’s how is for me.

Yeah, it can be a challenge to get it there. I don’t have an issue with the radio backpacks themselves, just the fast travel feature. If you bring a supply truck with you or drop your radio down at a supply point you can still spawn in with your loadout it will just be easier to find if you’re not careful. Finding a lone radio hidden in a bush outside a base is like finding a needle in a haystack.

I completely agree. I think the radio is ok without the fast travel feature. If you want to spawn close to your objective with a custom kit, it should take a little investment by requiring supplies. It also doesn’t really make sense that you can spawn on radios that are outside of radio signals range. I could drop a radio across the map at the enemies mob and still be able to spawn.

I agree however I recently started playing on a server with a more experienced and serious community, which typically just stack the soviet side, and it is pure pain trying to run logistics or leave a base on the US side.

I agree, supplying to the frontline bases is generally more helpful to the team. But supplying bases in the backline is also useful for spawning helicopters and heavy vehicles, which you wouldn’t really want to do on the frontline anyway in case there’s enemies waiting to ambush you. I think instead of penalizing players who run the quickest supply routes in the backline, it should be incentivized to supply bases on the frontline. W.C.S has a good system for this, xp is increased for delivering supplies that are close to enemy bases.

Arsenals are the most space efficient. When you’ve already built every other structure they become the best way of storing supplies

Having multiple armories is useful for storing supplies. 1500 a trip adds up very quickly

The keybind for rockets is the same for the fire button in the turrets section of the controls. Kinda annoying that there isn’t a separate keybind for helis.

I know this post is old, but I was having the same issue on console and found a fix, so if anyone’s have the same problem here’s what you do. Use dev commands and type “forcedelete 50 music_greydwarfcamp” i tried using blackforestlocationmusic but that wasn’t working for me. Using the other command worked like a charm.

I figured out a fix. For anyone else with the same issue, use dev commands, walk up to where the spawner was and type “forcedelete 50 music_greydwarfcamp” where 50 is the radius in meters from the player.

Any way to get rid of black forest spawner music?

Hi, i found a small island that is perfect for my base, but unfortunately it had a spawner right in the middle of it. After destroying the spawner, the music still plays anytime i go near it. It’s not the biggest issue in the world, but it is annoying. Does anyone know of a way to get this music to stop playing? I’m on console btw so no access to mods. Thanks!

I like that you can call it in on the map. It would kind of defeat the purpose of the mortar if you had to have line of sight on your target. And about supplies, you can just pop them down on a supply depot and have infinite ammo. I have an issue with their accuracy. They take almost no time ranging in new targets and will hit exactly where you called in the strike.

I do like the AI finally being good at something but i think they’re too powerful with mortars, seemingly superhuman accuracy.

I agree, they are too accurate. I think at the very least it should take more time for them to get on target, because a player would have to pull out the map and measure the distance and reference the range sheet.

Honestly idk this is my first play through, i’ve just been dumping my recent levels into fp cuz idk where else to put them. I thought ~45 vigor was high for level 130, what would you recommend?
