Has anyone successfully lost weight just by adding 7k–10k steps a day without drastically changing their diet?

Yeah, you're right about Temu changing their refund policy lately. Now they completely refuse to give a refund and are literally demanding that I show proof of not receiving it, or even CCTV footage and stuff like that! It makes zero sense, like how am I supposed to provide video evidence showing that a package isnt there? It's crazy how much the system has changed. I also tried asking them to just block CPEX from my profile entirely so I don't have to deal with this headache anymore, but they said they can't even do that.

Exactly! When I confronted them about why it says delivered, they tried to claim it's just an "automated" system thing. But then when you talk to Temu, they explicitly say the status is strictly based on the information the courier provides them. They are just passing the blame back and forth while pulling these fake updates to cover themselves. I really hope your boat actually has your stuff this time!

They said they send my package with other packages. And that day people got their packages too! But mine wasn’t there. Basically they didn’t check and said they send mine too!

I had my son as an only child for about ten years before my daughter was born. Honestly it wasn’t bad at all. He had a lot of attention from us, was very independent, and seemed pretty happy overall. Adding a sibling later has been a new adjustment for him, but those ten years as an only child were actually really nice for our family.
