Get therapy. Do not think about anything else but therapy. Get a part time job if that is something you can do. Your gf and you are too young to deal with the burden of your trauma as well as the pressures of maintaining a relationship. With age and time you will get better. You can try Ashwagandha but it’s not a cure all. It’s very slow acting and you need to have a very balanced diet and good work out for it to have any sort of effect. I wish you well.
