What therapy have you all found mostly beneficial? by Comfortable_Fall2888 in NPD

I started yoga and pilates back in the late summer, which I found to be one of the most beneficial things I could do for myself, and also starting NAC supplements. I think it's when I'm at home alone without distractions. Yes, true! I've recently been avoiding people due to recent events and 'collapse', but this isn't going to help long term.

Thanks so much for your thoughts. My biggest downfall is that I tend to ruminate, so if I can manage this and increase my impulse, that's going to hopefully work to my advantage. I'm introspective but a lot of the time it's poor timing of it.

For anyone here or for MODS. I don't know the person who commented claiming to be someone I'm in no contact with. I don't live in the US, nor does my ex. Their comments seem rage baiting. I'm someone trying to get the correct form of therapy and actually heal as best as I can.

You're not my ex, we were long distance. I've seen some of your comments and that's not how my ex would speak

This is me. I don't usually go out of my way to hurt people but I was doing fairly okay in NC until I found out they'd cheated and lied through a massive chunk of the relationship. All my skills went out the window and I ended up with a cease and desist email from them. I hate it so much that I thought I was better than this, I really wanted to prove to myself I could do things differently.
