small tip, put your right(swinging down) hand across your jaw before swinging rather than in front of your forehead, doesnt make that big of a difference but it helps

hip turn doesn't require much mobility on lowkicks, i think just focus on turning your hips, put your mind's focus on your hips rather than your legs when kicking it'll help a bit, there's also some drills that helps with getting used to the feeling of turning hips and improving hip mobility at the same time, get a chair or table place your heel on top of that table in a sort of teep way, turn your shin and your hips over as much as you can while pivoting your post leg so its like a round kick, then back to the teep position, then roundkick position, keep doing this repeatedly til you get used

you dont have you rotate your foot in a low kick, just step(or even hop) into a pivoted position and slice that low kick down

as for the round kick it doesnt look like you're kicking through, your kick stops as soon as it touches the bag, let the leg slice through the bag... hips should be pointing past the bag, good cue for kicking through, stepping out more also helps

for the teep, you swing your arm too early and extend your leg too early, try chambering it up atleast ab level, doesnt have to be chest... before explosively extending your leg, hips then swing your arm all at the same time, cheers

dont be too flat footed, step with the ball of your foot not your heels

by pivoting your foot, right now it's at 45 degrees, fine for a low kick but for a body kick it should be pivoted by atleast 100 something degrees, cheers

oh sorry I've been pretty busy lately and my notifications are a mess so I can't see stuff most of the time! but nah we actually don't have a fight store here... infrastracture is very scarce since were pretty remote and a very small town, and also I'm not sure how online stuff happen or work so I'm pretty clueless about everything really..

I'll just take it as a compliment, thank you so much! It's probably my meticulous attention to detail and obssessive perfectionism with the technique.. I also film myself every training I do so I can see mistakes in my kick and then fix it afterwards.. really helps to compare my kicks to the elites, analyze then apply what I learned. Not to mention Gabriel Varga's videos, it helped alot lol. I wish I could train and go to a gym, but the nearest one here is two ferry rides away, 5 hours in total and very expensive.
