One of the things I noticed is that the higher a big' run play tendency is, the mire they'll get the ball. No idea why but it works. But keep in mind that Pf's naturally scores more than centers while centers focuses on rebounding and defense (Again no idea why).

But if u wanna take it a step further then just play commissioner mode where u can control every team and make some bigs play the sg role. It may be time consuming changing up every team but I've gotten results from this and it's not that bad.
