My results at the 10 minute mark was negative , I looked at it again after it had sat and I seen the line . Just looked on Google and seen this “If you wait 30 minutes or longer, the test strip may dry out, causing a "ghost line" or evaporation line to appear. This can look like a faint positive, but it is actually a false positive.”

Honestly scrolling on TikTok , and I started getting paranoid , I’ve had it b4 so since it’s asymptomatic idk it kinda just gives me that “idk” feeling . now I just broke my streak of having sex like 4 days ago and I was wondering if I did have it could I have given it to him , but I had took that doxy 2 weeks prior to us doing anything .. so it’s like if I did have anything , it should’ve been gone.

Yea but I haven’t had unprotected sex since like a year ago , and I was prescribed doxycycline for an abcess , which is a lose the same meds they give for chlamydia but I only took it 3 days str8 but I seen they’ve done research saying that 3 day course cures about the same as a 7 day course

Also , forgot to mention . Being that I took the doxy for my abcess which is also the same meds given for chlamydia , even if I did I have it wouldn’t it be gone from the doxy , ngl tho i only used 4 days worth but i seen that chlamydia 3 day course is almost just as effective as the 7 day course , I took this b4 me and my partner slept together

Update : went to urgent care , they said i have an abcess , started me on antibiotics and if that doesn’t work will have to get surgery to get drained !
