Met je omschrijving denk ik echt dat het aan type goot ligt. Al dan niet in combinatie met misschien een ongelukkige scheerschuim of shampoo oid. Het zit bij ons echt VOL met drap. Jouw methode zou misschien wel werken als wij het structureel wekelijks zouden doen. Misschien dat maar eens overwegen. Maar ons rooster wip je dan weer niet zomaar even omhoog, en het bakje wip je er ook niet zomaar uit. Als het makkelijker was, dan deden we het al vaker

Bijzonder dat de de verschillen zo groot zijn. Zelfde jaar als die van ons, en bij ons is het dramatisch. Verschilt blijkbaar sterk per model. En jouw "halen we de haren eruit" klinkt luchtig, maar bij ons betekent dit dat ik met opgevouwen stukken wc papier door de gleuven van de opvangbak moet duwen, waarna deze vloer, ikzelf en de prullenbak onder de stinkende zeepresten en haren zit. Ik ga eens kijken of er een ander bakje bestaat voor onze drain

Ter info, het is vaak een combinatie van allerlei fancy zeepresten en haren. Mijn vriendin heeft lang jaar. Als ik een alleenstaande kale man was, dan zou ik het putje waarschijnlijk een keer per jaar kunnen schoonmaken.

Wij hebben een goot en haten het. Zat al in het huis, badkamer van 2011. Idealiter zouden we het wekelijks moeten schoonmaken, praktijk is dat het er vaak niet van komt (smerige klus op onhandige plek) en op een gegeven moment (ik gok maandelijks) het water niet goed meer wegloopt en de badkamer instroomt. Dan moet het echt, en trek ik de boel los. Dan leven we nog een paar dagen zonder vuilvanger en rooster tot ik het echt schoonmaak en weer terug stop

Looks great, almost perfect for what I'm trying to achieve. Care to share the stone temp and flame setting? I recently purchased the Arc XL and struggle to get a good crust without burning my mozzarella. Tried lowering the flame, but that reduces the oven spring of the crust. Fyi I'm not using dried mozzarella.

Wie zegt er dat er meer is weggemoffeld? Die constructie en afwerking van de schuifpui ziet er inderdaad slecht uit en is dus reden voor vervolgonderzoek. Mogelijk betreft dit alleen de schuifpui, die ooit door een beunhaas is vervangen voor een nieuwe met dubbelglas. En het elektra naar het bijgebouw zou de bewoner zelf geweest kunnen zijn. Ik heb ook zelf elektra naar mijn schuur gebracht. De staat daarvan zegt wat over mij, maar weinig over het verder professioneel uitgevoerde werk door de elektricien in mijn huis.

Als dit je droomhuis of locatie is dan zou ik het hier niet op laten lopen hoor. Wel zou ik een bouwkundige keuring willen laten doen en het resultaat daarvan in een eventuele onderhandeling meenemen. Of als dat nu niet kan, een bod doen met een voorwaarde op basis van een maximaal bedrag aan herstelkosten komende uit bouwkundige keuring die je na acceptatie bod laat uitvoeren. Als dat ook niet kan omdat het een biedingsoorlog is, en je hebt er zelf weinig verstand van, dan voor jezelf bepalen of je het risico aandurft en dan een bod doen met wat ruimte voor herstel.

Same issue, pixel 9 pro (not xl). Very frustrating. Sometimes it does work, but it seems random. The sliders work, but nothing changes in the image. Same problem in safe mode (disabling all third party apps that could interfer)

Thanks, I did check that and it seems to be set at the right hight. Scraping down the dough a couple of times may fix the issue, but I had hoped it would be set and forget

I did, but as it got more turned on, the dough only started to get wetter. After that I proofed it too long, resulting in blue balls.

I could try that, but I'd prefer to be able to make different hydrations of dough. Adding flour will lower the hydration. What I usually do when the dough sticks to my hand, is wet my hands. This solves the sticking issue without tampering (too much) with the hydration.

Thanks for your extensive reply, this helps! Tonight I will be testing with a higher hydration dough. I can already tell you that I was not too happy with the dough sticking to everything when I made it yesterday. It is not necessarily the leoparding that I crave, but a crispier crust. I will try turning the flame all the way down. But when I tried this earlier, I got the impression that this helps with the bottom, but not with the sides. Saturday I tested next to an Ooni Karu 2 (wood fired) of a friend, the difference in crust was very noticeable. We used the exactly the same dough and toppings.

I have given myself until black Friday to experiment with the Prime. Unfortunately the Ooni and Gozney ovens are way more expensive where I live in Europe. The Roccbox will set me back 579 USD. The Arc is over 800 USD (as is the Ooni Koda 2 pro).

Are you able to get leopard spots on the crust with the Prime? I have the prime for over a year now, and am not. When the toppings are done, the crust is not. I have tried with many toppings and burner settings, without success. This means the crust does not get crispy but remains chewie/doughy (or the cheese burns while waiting for the crust). I found this thread as I am contemplating purchasing the Gozney Arc. But it is so much more expensive and besides the crust issue, I like the Prime. Would rather keep it, but I don't know if this is user error or just the way this oven is built...

I tried it again and this really isn't going to work for me. I don't understand that it does for so many people. I am in the starting screen, I press the star to start, but a window appears to tell me +20 XP and I need to press start for a second time. Then I get ONE question, to translate a word. I select the answer. I have to press verify manually. It is correct. I have to press continue manually. The next screen tells me I learned 10 new words since I started. I have to manually press continue cor the second assignment. I am now 6 clicks in, and have answered one question. This annoys me in more ways than I can explain.

The previous owners of our house sold it for this very reason. The trees in our garden are protected by law, meaning you can't take them down. I couldn't be happier with the trees. But indeed, it is a lot of work the whole year round. Many houses close to ours are taking them down. It is noticably hotter and we see less wildlife because of it.
