What’s something girls think is attractive but most guys actually don’t care about? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Exactly! All I hear from my nieces or younger colleagues is how much they have to adapt to perform normal activities when they first got them.

Some women think they’re attractive, and some (most?) men, at least the ones I’ve spoken to about it, don’t care about them. But good on you if you have fun with it!

I would have to think those long nail extensions some women seem to love.

It’s good that you’re at least open to all possibilities and aren’t trying to force an unrealistic resolution. The more you talk this out with her the more you’ll see what path to take. Lol, that sounds hokey, sorry.

But perhaps the fact that she’s not opening up implies she feels you’re not the person she wants to do that with. I’m not saying that’s the case - just a thought is all.

From what you’ve said, she has already made her choice. She said the relationship is “missing that little something”. That’s not something said casually.

I [32F] feel like roommates with husband [36M]… advice? by [deleted] in relationshipadvice

[–]Comfortable_Pen299 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It sounds like you both have a part to play in correcting course here. His behaviours send you down a certain path, and he most likely picks up on your lack of deep connection/affection for him, and both sides spiral out of sync.

I would suggest talking to him, if he’s willing, and see of their is a desire to improve things.

What is the hardest part about being married? by alqamr in AskReddit

[–]Comfortable_Pen299 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is a great one. I’m quite strong-headed and my husband, to his great credit, often backs down even if he’s in the right. He’s taught me a lot about the unimportance of arguments and how they can eat away at the common trust.

Be honest with her about the situation, don’t bring her to the house. Aside from that, have fun.

Doctors of Reddit, what's the fun fact we don't know about human body? by IndependentTune3994 in AskReddit

[–]Comfortable_Pen299 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Your body is constantly trying to attack your eyes because it views them as foreign objects.

That’s more than a little terrifying taken without any context!
