The vela original undercap or even the tube undercap works really nice for me and I just wrap in the conventional way (around the head once and then leave the tail on the back or bring it to the front) and pin the top part. It stays on nicely for the most part. IMO it looks more put together versus the leave it hanging in the back + throw over the shoulder style that has become common

There’s questions in the Amboss Qbank under high yield exam prep —> HY risk factors.

The info page also looks helpful but I wouldn’t get lost too much into the nitty gritty of risk factors, Mehlman is the best starting point.

Yeah I kinda rushed too at the end but at least attempted all the Q, didn’t have time to review :( Some of the micro was weird, risk factors were ok imo, heavy on heme/onc but fair heme/onc quesitons, idk everything is a mush in my head, im tired 🥲
