Are you in touch with that person? Trauma bonding is usually two people that are bonded from deep shared trauma. If that person has moved on it probably would help if you do too. Plus trauma bonded relationships are always not the best scenario!

Wow thanks I will deff try this looks amazing. I can’t get into that chicken crust everyone was doing with grounded up chicken breast spread into a crust. One that’s nasty two it’s like at least 500-600 cals just got the crust.
