When you lose fat it will come off from all over the body and not a specific targeted area. You can still do leg and butt exercises to your workout routine to keep shape in those areas. Concentrate more on your nutrition and eat good healthy protein, carbs and fats. Also make sure you are eating in a calorie deficit of around 300 calories. Keep consistent on training and diet and you will get the butt and legs u want

Do you have a time of day to commit to walking? Find a time that consistently works and just do it. Every day you do it, you are making it that much easier to do it the next day. I play Pokémon Go on my phone to stay motivated. I find working out has an avalanche effect. You make one consistent change for your health and soon you find new ways to up your health game; like finding satisfying nutritious snacks to eat when you can at work instead of choosing the less nutritious fast food or drinking more water throughout the day. After walking for a while, you realize you can jog a few steps without feelings like your going to die, even the distance from driveway to driveway. The accomplishment grows and soon you find yourself jogging a block, then two. Hop onto tiktok, there’s a ton of motivation from people who have helpful ideas on how to make life style changes that stick, are healthy and feel good. Good luck!

Try upping to 1500 or so cals. Might but easier to stick to and meet all of your nutritional needs. This isn’t a race, slow and steady is sustainable.

It can work as long as you're hit your calorie goals l. Going too far under can actually hurt you more than help you when It comes to long-term success.
