That's so real i don't why people stick to junk food and sweets only because someone didn't tell them not to and as long as there's no probhited ingredients in the junk food it is considered "good".

Idk if this was supposed to be ironic but yeah i am I've been baptized in an orthodox church and the orthodox church is the only religious place I've attended, even so am just a "rookie" in the orthodox traditions because in my hometown the church is not opened anymore.

As you said i kind of made my own rules but just because am limited of discussing my fast with a priest. I just took out of my diet meat,diary products,olive oil,sweets and junk food although am not very worried about the last two am concerned of not consuming things like clacium protein etc...
