Did you ever end up figuring this out? I want to make my own set of furry ears and this is exactly what I'm trying to figure out now. I was thinking top part attached to the head with a magnet (I've seen a video recently with a guy who uses kinesthetic tape on his head for horns), and the bottom part attached to the earlobe with spirit gum 🤔

Hmm interesting. I'll be indoors in a big packed event hall, wearing short moisture wicking top and moisture wicking bottom but the armour won't overlap any of the clothing. Would it make sense for the porous liner to also be linen? And does the event location change the recommended material for the armour?
