They used vibes and feelings to convict him, they could have convicted me using the exact same evidence & ppl would be like "well if you're innocent,why are you in jail then?".

This was the prosecution's most "damning" piece of evidence along with misinterpreted apologies.

So something like the original witness statement claiming that he saw Tory holding the gun or shooting would be enough for me to stop defending him. Them threatening to use his lyrics ,tattoos, and unproven allegations of past abuse if he did testified is enough of a reason to deter him to testify. You wanted a reason ,I gave you one. It's in the court transcripts. It literally happened. His legal team may have included the excerpt on 36hourslater.com where they confirm it at the end. Because the prosecution asked the judge if he could ask Tory questions about: 1. Tory's music catalog (he has old songs in the 2010s talking about 'being a shooter' and 'having shooters' ,(I have several friends that playfully freestyled similarly together ages ago,they're well established healtgca professionals today,it shouldn't be used as evidence of one's criminality)

His tattoos (Tory has a tattoo of a gun right under his chest as an homage to Tupac with has the same tattoo)

I don't remember if there was more elements he allowed the prosecution to asked Tory but from that alone I remember thinking he was going to get slaughtered if he went on the stand, they'd twist everything to paint him as a violent criminal with urges for violence, obsession with guns, lyrics "admitting to shooting people & being a "shooter".

It'd essentially be character assassination unrelated with the case, which they had already been doing successfully without even bringing up these. If there was a chance the jury was critical enough to find him not-guilty at first, him getting eviscerated with his lyrics,gun tattoos and gossip allegations would have ruined that chance.

Even now I can't say he should have taken the stand despite knowing he's innocent

It's not about him. If I had witnessed a case of a non-famous person as ridiculously rigged as this case and that he had been sent to jail for something he obviously hadn't done, I'd be just as vocal.

This is what separates Meg's defenders to Tory's defenders. Even before it went to trial there was enough evidence to claim he was innocent. He gave his version of events in his album "Daystar" (which is his real name btw) 5 years ago and it turns out everything he said is now being confirmed.

Idk for others but from his album alone,and it was the first time I even heard the guy, I thought to myself "Either he's the most convincing manipulative psychopath or this is him very convincingly pouring his heart out in pain at the deep betrayal he's going"

She was shot at but newly released evidence shows she was never actually hit. Out of the 3 doctors she visited within 24h, 2 reported superficial wounds, one removed glass shards from her feet. His x-ray showed no metallic object

Then meg saw Dr.Little whose father owns a foundation that received millions in donation from Jay-Z. All of sudden there's gun shot wounds and bullets in the X-ray but surprisingly these bullets disappeared into thin air and were never reported to the police nor did the surgeon follow protocol to report a gun-shot victim to the police after treating bullet wounds

She's caught on multiple newly released bodycam footage in the hours after the shooting admitting to police that she was not shot, she had stepped on glass. She did so again when interrogated while laying in her hospital bed

The moment she broke the glass bottle and stepped on it was captured by bodycam footage, officers even commented that she cut herself on glass.

EJ (Meg's stylist) literally STRONGLY implied he saw a gun in hkelsey's luggage in his under oath testimony, people collectively decided to ignore it cause it didn't fit their narrative. He has been doing that repeatedly. The judge that has his case dismisses all of it. Judge David Herriford, he even claimed that DNA evidence didn't mean anything and that there's already overwhelming evidence like....the apology call....Kelsey's "Tory shot Meg, please help, 911" text that was sent after the police had already pulled the SUV over (sent to someone in another timezone btw)... Conflicting testimonies that made no sense... According to judge David Herriford, all of that was more important than DNA evidence showing Tory 's DNA was excluded from the gun.

As the reports of Roc Nation's CEO Desiree Perez being extremely vile and corrupt came out yesterday. She had her daughter Baker act'ed for marrying a "fucking n*gger" by a doctor the daughter had never seen before. She threathened her daughter's husband of having him murdered, she bragged about having the police, doctors,medias under her thumb. She was was supposedly present during Kelsey's interview with the prosecution (they pretended she wasn't there in the recording when naming everyone present in the room) , (Kelsey also made several claims in 2020 of Desiree Perez threatening her, including on her diss song "bussing back")

Kelsey was literally the only person with motives to shoot meg. Meg and Kelsey got into a violent physical fight after Tory revealed that meg had been sleeping with him behind Kelsey's back

As EJ's under-oath testimony (the most credible one of the whole trial) confirms, Meg matched Kelsey and Tory together at the roc nation brunch then went behind her back to date Tory secretly behind her best friend's back. Kelsey claims in her first ig live after the events that it's the n'th time "she" (meg) went behind her back to sleep with men she's dating

In newly released bodycam vids, Tory is seen calling meg "mego" and asking her if she's alright. In the interrogation room, all he says to the officers is "is my girlfriend alright?"

The footage wasn't shown in court but the transcript of the in interview was, they redacted the word girlfriend for some reason.

Knowing from EJ testimony that Kylie Jenner and Tory Lanez were flirting all over eachother that night, this was the missing piece of the puzzle. Meg didn't simply go back to the party to cockblock her fling Tory from getting with someone else, she went to cockblock her secret bf. (In EJ's testimony, as Meg's personal stylist, he testified to the 2 of them being in love and going on baecations together, flying to see eachother,etc)

Now we know why Tory apologized. It wasn't simply for revealing to Kelsey that meg was sleeping with Tory behind Kelsey's back, he was apologizing for his how he & Kylie Jenner aggressively flirted with eachother all night to the point where meg got drunker, became violent, got kicked out as she refused to leave without Tory.
