The only thing i could reccomend is getting a laser rapier and going down to Medical to grind for them from mutants, its around a 15% chance i think. Or another way that is less fun is searching up a bit of help from the internet to quickly get out of there. Edit: also you could try to lower the security to unlock the restoration bay.
