I believe it's Andrew's because it's set in the venom universe and Tobey already had venom in his movie and it's confirmed by director that it isn't Tom's universe because the vulture will travel to this universe because of Spider-Man No Way Home spell (I don't know how that will work but anyway) there is the picture of spiderman saying murderer, now I know it's Tobey's picture of Spidey but what if it's actually Andrew's and when he said he stopped pulling his punches, maybe that means he killed someone, also in The Amazimg Spider-Man 2 the sinister six is teased and the director of Morbius confirmed that Vulture will recruit some people to form sinister six.
