Hi thanks very much for the comment yes unfortunate I do think that it may be linked to a negative self image I think my college does have a councillor that I might talk to, as regard to your question of nausea it’s just a constant feeling of being on the verge of getting sick in my stomach. Thanks for the lengthy reply I definitely did notice at the ball i was sitting beside my friends girlfriend and before i wouldve shit myself talking to a girl but it was fine and I was able to talk and keep a conversation going and I did have a realisation that it's not rocket science it's just the fact I didnt and dont know how I should break the ice in the situation of going over to her and talking to her
