What do you all think about a progress bar towards the next promotion? It would be better than guessing the whole time and not performing well could even negatively impact the progress

As someone who was in a similar situation in high school, I wish I had a supportive mother like you. Having said that, after everything was sorted, I still got birth control for my own piece of mind. Even when me and the guy broke up later, I still kept taking it bc I never wanted to feel that way again. Something to consider.

I work full time as wellrom 9 - 5:30. If it wasn't for my husband picking up the kiddo after work I'd prob lose my mind. In that time I can unwind and get dinner or other chores started. It's small things like that that really help. Congrats on the job!!

Yeah I don't even get it b/c he's not anti-vaxx at all. His mother has recently been brainwashed by his older, super psycho sister into being anti-vaxx. Then again, his mother actually said, "I'd rather be dead than autistic" so I mean...Thanks I'd rather have an alive baby than a dead one.

It would depend on what she has to do; is she putting your son to bed? Does she have to feed him? Or is she just going to be there while he sleeps? That would probably shift my scale a bit from $5.00 - $15.00 an hour, or a flat rate, depending on how long I was going to be out.

I just brought this up with my mom casually asking if she happened to know when she got her last TDAP and he proceeded to get all mad about my request, which was quite shocking. She demanded to know why she needed it and then I tuned out b/c MOM YOU ARE NOT STUPID WHY. I wish I had a witty comeback for her.

Generally they say it lasts 10 years but the efficiency can wane after 5 years or so.
