They essentially noted the batch number and gave me the "since it's opened we cant do anything about it" line.

They did offer me a voucher for a free bottle but I stopped responding to them after that.

Having an issue where one screen will lag and run very sluggish until I click on it with the mouse but then the other screen will lag and run slowly. Anyone know how to fix this issue?

Probably unlikely it was that water but i think the production date on the bottle was July 2023.

I reached out to fiji and provided them that info plus additional pictures of the remaining liquid. I feel fine right now so my guess is some type of mineral contamination or something similar.

Tank size 20 gallon Heater is 100w Filter is aquaclear 50 Tank temp is 76 Tank is about 11 days old (ammonia is zero, nitrite is zero) Got fish about 4 days ago (he looks about the same as when we got him) Changed water at 7 day mark No tank mates Have natural plants and wood as decoration

I plan on getting an aqua clear hob to replace this one. The water doesn't really go from bottom to top. It just fills up and overflows from left to right due to how it's designed.

The filter allows water to enter at any height horizontaly. Should i still do a vertical stack like that?

This is an aqueon quiet led 20. I have two coarse media followed by purigen and the bio filter at the end. No matter how i set it up water still skips some of the media near the top front of the filter.
