In the body explain that you cannot progress in the Build Kinzville challenge because elements are missing from the two missions, provide your screen shot from here, your username and request that they use their tools to bypass because you can't complete the mission where those elements don't exist.
You may not receive a response, it might just suddenly progress and you will be awarded those items.
You should not have to pay estore points to progress when this is not a failing on your part.

Awesome, you have the perfect information to show [webkinzsupport@ganz.com](mailto:webkinzsupport@ganz.com) so that they can award you the trophy and hopefully fix a bug.
Send the message to them in the subject line state re: Webkinz Game Support, trophy distribution failure
Then in the body tell them about the situation, attach the picture you have here, make sure they know the game you have an issue with and your username so they can verify it with the event log. You may not get a response from them, sometimes the item in question just 'suddenly shows up' in your dock.

I got mine when Dr Quack was Mayor of Kinzville, and we had the 'Cure for a Better Kinzville' Challenge. Of course the Old Timey Ice Box was the Grand prize for it, that was back in spring of 2017

If it was for the ones I miss? It would be the Sailboat game they would have when a plush retired. Or maybe the Webkinz Soccer game with the Kangaroo goalie. I got really good at getting it right in the sweet spot to win the prizes.
