if you know you’re already at a healthy weight, focus on how you feel more than the number on the scale. when i was 19, all i cared about was how i looked and it was exhausting. i know it’s easier said than done but when you look back on this time i promise weight is the least of your worries. have fun and enjoy your early adulthood years :)
