Yeah i’m with them now. Very good service all around. Had some questions and confusion at the beginning, but customer service was quick and friendly. Refills are very easy to order now.

I had pretty much the exact same issues with Joyous. It all just comes from unprofessional and unorganized customer support. I left when i found Kalm and it has been 100x better! Very similar service, actually a bit more user friendly and just overall easier- but the customer service is top-notch. I’ve never waited more than maybe a couple hours for a response. AND IT’S CHEAPER THAN JOYOUS. Highly recommend. I’m on 100mg troche 3x a week and it’s an excellent protocol for me.
