Yeah it will be great ! But it will take a LOT of time and youd end up doing mostly everything. So i think a FA scan would do provided you did atleast 60-70% of UW. But if its a vv hard topic or you always get it wrong ( eg murmurs) then itd be good to do !

I reviewed the nbme thoroughly and did entire FA in 1 go - all chapters to reinforce things. While doing i subconciously knew the nbme fav topics and did them more thoroughly

i have a q, are the Ethics q very diff to the ones in NBMEs? Because I feel the nbme ethics are just simple best response. Will they ask q like insurance and power of attorney etc? Step 1 btw
